This is an addition to my addition to my original review. Confused? Anyhow, after putting this together and baking it, it wasn't as pretty as the picture and flavors didn't taste that great - just okay. Please count this review and ignore my previous.

This is in addition to my review - when I said I just sliced off pieces that was just to sample the tastes. After that I made the recipe as instructed.

OH, YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!! Absolutely great combination of flavors !! I had my doubt and just sliced off pieces of the beef, peppers, and sauce and oh, my goodness, what yum. I could not find the bacon flavored horseradish so I got horseradish sauce in a bottle prepared. I left out the bacon as I got smoky provolone cheese from Walmart deli and didn't want to have too many competing flavors. Try this - you wil be so glad you did!! I'm trying to give this 5 stars, but it won't work. Only went to 4.

I also couldn't find bacon horseradish sauce. I used plain horsey sauce & it was delicious. This recipe also makes a great meal. If you don't cut each pastry rectangle into 3 pieces, then the whole rectangle is like a small calzone. Yum! These taste great when re-heated, too.
