Beans and Wiener Biscuit Casserole

Ingredients

1 lb. wieners, sliced

(16-oz.) can (1 3/4 cups) pork and beans, undrained
1/2
cup chopped onion
1/2
cup ketchup

tablespoons brown sugar

(7.5-oz.) can Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits

oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 400°F. In medium saucepan, combine wieners, pork and beans, onion, ketchup and brown sugar; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Spoon hot bean mixture into ungreased 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish.
  2. 2 Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Arrange biscuits over hot bean mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. 3 Bake at 400°F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and no longer doughy.
