(15-oz.) can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed

tablespoon lemon juice

cup Progresso™ Italian Style Bread Crumbs

tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Italian plum tomato, chopped

tablespoons finely chopped celery

tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper

tablespoons finely chopped onion

teaspoon garlic salt
1/4
teaspoon hot pepper sauce

tablespoons tartar sauce

Directions

  1. 1 Mash beans in medium bowl. Add lemon juice and egg; blend well. Add all remaining ingredients except tartar sauce; mix well. Shape into three 4-inch patties.
  2. 2 Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Using pancake turner, transfer patties to skillet; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated and lightly browned, turning once. To serve, top each with about 2 teaspoons tartar sauce.
