This was a big hit with my pciky husband. I used 2 hot flavored turkey sausages and only 1 chicken breast. Also changed out the rice for brown rice and added 1/4 cup chicken broth, 1 fresh tomato (diced), 1 bell pepper (diced), minced garlic and some chopped basil to make weight watcher friendly. Super easy and very flavorful! Will make again soon.
