Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
Jambalaya is a Creole dish of rice combined with vegetables, meat, poultry and seafood. The name of the dish is believed to come from the French word for ham, jambon. The earliest version of jambalaya recipes list ham as a main ingredient.
  • tip 2
Turkey kielbasa adds spice to foods without the extra fat of regular kielbasa.
  • tip 3
Warm biscuits and peas or green beans go well with this spicy jambalaya.
