This is a cute Halloween Treat. It is a variation of a Basic Round Sugar Cookie --- decorated as either a Bat or Cat. Using the Vanilla Icing as your basic cover, decorate with orange &/or black strips of candy. Make certain to have both orange & black food coloring to change your decoration.
