1/4
cup chili sauce
1
tablespoon brown sugar
2
tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/8
teaspoon celery seed
Dash garlic powder
1 1/2

1 1/2
teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1
teaspoon prepared mustard
1/8
teaspoon liquid smoke

Directions

  1. 1 Heat grill. In small saucepan, combine all ingredients except pork; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Cool slightly.
  2. 2 Cut each pork tenderloin lengthwise, cutting to but not through bottom. Open tenderloin; press to flatten slightly.
  3. 3 When ready to grill, place flattened pork on gas grill over medium-high heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Spoon half of sauce over pork; cook 5 to 7 minutes. Turn pork; spoon remaining sauce over pork. Cook an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
