Didn't really care much for this. The chops were a gooey mess at the end...waaay too much BBQ sauce and I could def do without the onions. The sauce smelled burned while cooking even though it wasn't. I think I'll stick to baking my chops in the roaster as I usually do.

Oh, man! This is a GREAT recipe! I made this for the first time when unexpected company came for dinner. We all loved it! I did add more BBQ sauce than this recipe calls for - just enough to get the chops good and covered. I made it with roasted potatoes (like in the picture) and corn and the whole meal was so yummy!

Made these because my husband loves pork chops. Definitely a make again recipe. Super easy and smelled delicious all day while cooking. I would follow directions exactly. I used a little bit extra bbq sauce because 1/2 a cup didn't look like enough but there was plenty I actually threw away about 1 cup of the bbq sauce mixture after I had poured extra over the pork chops. Would definitely recommend and I don't usually like pork chops.

Never again. It burned at the bottom of the crockpot.

My family loves this recipe but I did make a few changes. Dice the onions up then put in with bbq and garlic. I also cook on high for 3 hours so I can make it on a weekday. Then in the last half hour I start cutting up the chops to make a shredded bbq pork. So good!

This is a great way to make porkchops that are mois and delicious. I used fresh crushed garlic and also added mushrooms to the recipe. They were a huge hit with the family!!

It was so simple to make. My fiance wanted to know when we were having it again. I added a little extra bbq sauce but it was a wonderful recipe.

This totally dried out the pork chops which turned my simple recipe into a dinner disaster! Be careful!

This recipe is so wonderful! I made it for my fiance and he''s been singing it''s praises to everyone he knows! I added an additional 1/2 cup of bbq sauce to completely cover the chops. Happy eating!

Would make again but leave out the onion slices. One skinny slice of onion on each came out way too onion-y! The sauce was thick and the chops tender. My BBQ sauce had enough onion taste in it to season them that I feel they did not need any additional onion. Will definitely make again - especially this winter.
