Barbecue Pork and Veggie Pizza

Ingredients

can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust

container (18 oz) refrigerated original barbecue sauce with shredded pork
1 1/2
cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (6 oz)
1/2
medium red onion, cut in thin wedges
1
medium green bell pepper, cut into thin bite-size strips

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Unroll dough in pan; starting at center, press out dough to edge of pan to form crust. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until light golden brown.
  2. 2 Spoon barbecue sauce with pork over crust. Top with cheese, onion and bell pepper.
  3. 3 Bake 10 to 12 minutes longer or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
