I really liked this recipe and so did my family. It is sweet and not really spicy. I added a little brown sugar and used a bigger package of corn. I also omitted the chips and served with corn muffins. I even crumbled a muffin on top of my serving I will definitely make this again.

This is the best chili ever! It is easy and tasty. My husband likes it better than my traditional chili - I think it is the barbecue flavor.

Has anyone made this using ground turkey? What kind of changes do I make in the ingredients to use ground turkey?

Easy to make recipe in 30-40 mins. I added an additional 9 oz of corn, teaspoon of chili powerd, 1/4 cup of brown sugar and an additional can of diced (drained) tomatoes to shake things up from the base recipe. Good dish to warm up a cold New England day.

I made this chili the other week and I loved it. It was very good. It had a sweat taste. When I cooked it on the stove, it was very thick, so I added a 6 oz can of V-8 juice to thin it out. I didn't purchase the orgainic tomatoes due to price and worked fine. I also used 90% lean ground beef. I topped the chili with shredded cheese and sour cream. VERY GOOD, but high in calories, but worth it.

To start off I live in England and some of the super-specific ingredients I wasn't able to find...I replaced the Muir Glen® organic fire roasted diced tomatoes with just plain old diced tomatoes. I also used turkey in place of beef because I don't eat red meat, and used English mature cheddar (which is very different from bright orange American sharp cheddar). It was pretty good...and very easy to make. Not crazy hot spicy but you could taste the spice. This is an awesome pair with XL scoopable fritos!
