Barbecue Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients

(7 or 8-inch) flour tortillas
1
cup purchased refrigerated chunk chicken in barbecue sauce (from 32-oz. container)
1/2
cup chopped tomato
4
oz. (1 cup) shredded colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend

Directions

  1. 1 Place tortillas on ungreased large cookie sheet. Spread 1/4 cup chicken and sauce on half of each tortilla; top with 2 tablespoons tomato and 1/4 cup cheese. Fold each tortilla over filling.
  2. 2 Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn quesadillas; broil an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  3. 3 To serve, cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges.
