Place tortillas on ungreased large cookie sheet. Spread 1/4 cup chicken and sauce on half of each tortilla; top with 2 tablespoons tomato and 1/4 cup cheese. Fold each tortilla over filling.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn quesadillas; broil an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
To serve, cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges.
