Barbecue Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

can Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust

cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken breast (from 2- to 2 1/2-lb chicken)
1/3
cup barbecue sauce
3
plum (Roma) tomatoes, sliced
1
cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)
Fresh cilantro leaves, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Unroll dough; place in greased pan. Starting at center, press dough out to edges of pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
  2. 2 In small bowl, mix chicken and barbecue sauce. Spread chicken mixture over crust. Arrange tomatoes over chicken; sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 10 to 12 minutes minutes or until cheese is melted and crust golden brown. Sprinkle with cilantro.
