I made this as a pie, not a tart. I put the filling in then topped it with the bananna's then topped it with whipped cream and chopped honey roasted peanuts. When I served it I drizzled chocolate syrup on it. One word for this AMAZING!!

I am not a fan of either peanut butter or bananas but others in the family are so I made this for them. I used 3 large bananas rather than the two in the recipe also added 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1 tablespoon of confectioners sugar to the whipped cream. The family inhaled the thing and want more. I will make this again.

This is simply a great pie. My wife served it at a bridge party and every guest wanted the recipe. Others called her for it. I substituted the crushed peanuts with chocolate syrup drizzled atop it.

Haven't tried making this pie as of yet. But to help with the browning of the bananas, you can dip the banana slices into lemon juice before adding them into the recipe. This will help! I'm always looking for simple recipes.

This recipe sounded amazing. My two favs...peanut butter and banana. However, I just figured the Weight Watcher points and it is 15 pts on the new WW program. I am so bummed. Might try to lighten the recipe and see how it turns out!

EXCELLENT!!!!! I made this for a cookout last week and I was sad that there was NOT even one piece left for me to take home. Love the combination of flavors. This is definitely a recipe I'm saving.

I like the simplicity of this recipe. All the ingredients are readily available and it goes together quickly. The Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust fit perfectly into the 9-1/2" tart pan. The creamy filling has just the right amount of peanut butter flavor to compliment the bananas. I also liked The delicate contrasts in textures between the crunchiness of the peanuts and crust to the silky center, fresh bananas and whipped cream crown. Everyone in our family loved it.

The pie is so delicious that the chef may not have considered any would be left over. However, overnight, the bananas turned brown, but were still just as delicious.
