I love eggnog. I was looking for an eggnog bread pudding recipe and came across this one. I didn't want the bananas to take away from the eggnog flavor so I left them out. I also left out the sugar because the eggnog was sweet enough. I added 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. It was so good! I didn't make the rum sauce. Next time I will use these ingredients to make eggnog French toast.
