this was a delicious treat for 2! I thought 12 biscuit each wouldn't be enough so I doubled the recipe. Whoops! One was plenty! I will definitely make this one again!

This is tasty desert, but have a look at the nutritional information before you decide to dive in.

I made this using the instant pudding mix and cut back the amount of milk called for on the box to make a thicker filling. Depending on your preference, you may have leftovers on the pudding. I added bananas to the extra pudding and gave it to my husband for small dessert at work. You can get the sugar free pudding mixes, use skim milk, and make any other adjustments you want to lower calories, etc. and still enjoy dessert. Bananas have their own sweetness and are a great source of potassium which is good for your heart. Will make again - maybe add in a few strawberries while in season for a banana strawberry filling.

This was a nice treat, simple to make. We wanted a little more filing, so I may try fixing a box of vanilla pudding. Also, I used the chocolate covered toffee bits because it was all I could find. We liked it, will do that again. It's a Keeper for us.
