Very easy and very good. I added a little addition brown sugar to cut the bitterness of the balsamic. Probably didn't need to...the glaze only enhanced the flavor of the grilled chicken. This was a hit not only with me and my husband, but my kids loved it! Grilled some corn on the cob and made a pasta side. Dinner was a hit! Yummy and low fat. Great combination!

I would make this chicken again however I would use a higher class balsamic. Don't go with your lower end version, chose a higher class version. I love balsamic and may try and Dr. this up a bit for the next time. However, if you are looking for something to flavor up your salad made this chicken and use your extra glaze for your dressing! Very good. -Jeff
