In small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken; beat with wire whisk until well blended. Place chicken in single layer in shallow glass baking dish. Spoon marinade evenly over chicken. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate.
Meanwhile, heat grill. When ready to grill, remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, turning once.
