This recipe was really easy! I don't like beans, so I added a little more o the enchilada sauce on the inside in place of the beans. Also added diced tomatoes inside.. Also, I recommend using a 10 inch tortilla instead of the smaller fajita tortillas (much easier to roll!)

This was a little salty for our taste.

I have made this recipe several times and my family loves it. Recently my daughter and I found out we were gluten intolerant. I was able to adapt this and still love it!

This is a super easy and super yummy recipee. It takes some time to make all the burritos, but they are so good. I was able to fit all twelve in a 9x12 casserole dish (maybe people aren't using the small 6 inch tortillas?). They are actuallly really good the next day as well.

I made these with venison and they were terrific-I also had trouble fitting them all in the pan. I think that I would have loved them more without the refried beans-it was a texture thing for me-but I loved the flavor the beans gave them. I would make this dish again.
