This was a big hit at my house. Loved it. Very easy to put together.

This recipe came together quickly and easily. The imitation crab was perfect as it was not too rich and still had the seafood flavor. The fact that it is served hot really dressed up this appetizer. It is best served with either a crunchy cracker or tortilla chip.

H_E_W_L our grocery store has some spinach dip in a refrigerator case in the deli section. Or maybe a spinach veggie dip by the produce? If not, grab a packet of dried Knorr's vegetable soup mix & follow the directions for spinace dip (mayo & sour cream & spinach & dip mix, i think)

This is, quite possibly, the best spinach/artichoke dip I have tasted.
