Heat oven to 400º F. Grease rectangular baking dish, 11x7x1 1/2 inches. Cook and drain ravioli as directed on package.
Toss ravioli and butter in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients except parsley. Toss ravioli with bread crumb mixture. Sprinkle with parsley. Top with tomato pasta sauce, if desired. Bake uncovered about 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is hot and topping is golden brown.
