Ingredients

2lbs baking potatoes

cans cream of mushroom soup
1
cup green onions finely chopped
1/4
tsp garlic powder
1/8
tsp ground red pepper
1 1/2
cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1
cup sour cream
1
cup milk
black pepper

Directions

  • 1 Peel and cut potatoes into 1/2 in. cubes.
  • 2 Combine potatoes, soup, green onions, garlic powder and red pepper in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  • 3 Add cheese, sour cream and milk; stir until cheese is melted completely. Cover and cook on high for 10 min. Season with black pepper.

Add bacon and clams for clam chowder. Also cooked diced ham is good too.
