...try using a rimmed cookie sheet (jelly roll pan)

Don't have a tip... but need one! What on earth works as a "heat proof serving platter" large enough to flip the contents of a 13x9 onto it?! The largest plate I have is at least a couple inches too short, and probably not wide enough.

We have served this many times at celebratory brunches and everyone raves; unfortunately there are never any leftovers!
