(21-oz.) can baked beans

(14 1/2-oz.) can ready-to-serve beef broth

(5.5-oz.) can vegetable juice cocktail

tablespoons ketchup

  • 1 Cook bacon in large saucepan over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add ground beef; cook 5 to 8 minutes or until ground beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
  • 2 Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.

The 5.5-oz. can of vegetable juice cocktail is an individual serving size can. Measure about 2/3 cup of juice from a large container.

Garnish each serving of this soup with a dollop of sour cream, a sprinkling of shredded cheese and some sliced green onions.
