These were ok. I will probably make them again, adding some crabmeat. Will also broil for a couple minutes after baking to set the filling nicely.

Was a hit for new years eve. I added mozzarella cheese on top at the last 5 minutes. Was very yummy :)

These were very good. Next time I'm going to use chopped spinach. I used frozen leaf spinach and it was hard to cut into squares. Very messy.

These were delicious. I didn't have any parmesan, so I used gruyere, which is divine with spinach. I baked them ahead of time and cut them on the baking sheet. Then I took them to a party and put the baking sheet on the grill to warm them up. They were perfectly warm in about 10 minutes. Everyone loved them and they were gone in about 10 minutes. Next time, I'll make a double batch.

I made these for a party this weekend. They were gone in ten minutes! Everyone loved them and was asked many times for the recipe!
