Have made this a couple of times this fall and people just went INSANE. I altered according to cbradgo's suggestions, still found it a tad bland so added some garlic salt to taste. Yum.

I doubled the recipe and added 1 cup of Kraft's shredded 5 cheese mixture (all white cheeses) and made it the day ahead for a party. This dip was literally gone in less than an hour. I must have had at least 8 people ask me for the recipe, and I felt guilty for not giving it to them!! LOL Sorry, this one is going to be my signature dip! :)

This was wonderful and very rich even though we used low fat cream cheese. Great with crackers or as a dip! We used pimentos instead of a red bell pepper. Would recommend this recipe to everyone & will keep it for future use!
