Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup cooked bacon pieces (about 5 slices)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

    In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, mustard, bacon pieces and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.

    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • Replace regular mayonnaise with bacon mayonnaise on sandwiches, wraps and burgers.
  • Add a little spice with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
