This recipe has a nice combination of flavors. I made these with medium cheddar and they were fabulous. My husband and young daughter were skeptical but pleasantly surprised and enjoyed them too.

I had these TODAY at my daughter's house. They were AMAZING! It is apple season now and these were FANTASTIC! I think (not sure) that she made them smaller to be "bite size". ONLY wish she had more! For my taste - the sharper the cheddar cheese, the better!
