Bacon-Topped Green Beans

slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

bag (14 oz) Green Giant Select™ frozen whole green beans

tablespoons water
1/2
teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
1/4
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1
tablespoon butter or margarine

Directions

  1. 1 In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towel.
  2. 2 Add beans and water to skillet. Cover; cook over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beans are crisp-tender and water has evaporated.
  3. 3 Stir in garlic-pepper blend, salt, thyme and butter until beans are coated. Sprinkle with bacon.
