Sriracha is an asian hot sauce consisting of chili paste and garlic...it has a very distinct taste. This recipe actually works great without it.

I know the Asian Food Market online has the Sriracha sauce. I have been to the website. I also believe any local Asian food stores would have it. This recipe sounds so good I intend to try it as soon as I get the sauce. Where I live we are used to hot sauce in or with foods so it will fit right in.

Its a spicy red Asian sauce made from chiles. I don't know what can be used as a substitute, but I am able to find it in my local grocery store in the International section.
