Heat oven to 425°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.
Remove dough from can. With sharp knife, cut dough into 12 slices. Place slices on cookie sheet; press each to about 1/2-inch thickness. Spread cheese on each dough round. Cut each bacon slice in half crosswise; place 1 piece on each round. Sprinkle with pears.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Top with raspberries. Garnish with mint. Serve immediately.
