Bacon, Pear and Raspberry Brie Pizzas

can (13.2 oz) Pillsbury™ Simply® refrigerated rustic French bread loaf

oz Brie cheese

slices packaged precooked bacon (from 2.1-oz package)

large or 2 small ripe pears, finely chopped
1
pint (2 cups) fresh raspberries
Fresh mint sprigs, if desired
  • 1 Heat oven to 425°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.
  • 2 Remove dough from can. With sharp knife, cut dough into 12 slices. Place slices on cookie sheet; press each to about 1/2-inch thickness. Spread cheese on each dough round. Cut each bacon slice in half crosswise; place 1 piece on each round. Sprinkle with pears.
  • 3 Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Top with raspberries. Garnish with mint. Serve immediately.
