Ingredients

can (13.2 oz) Pillsbury™ Simply® refrigerated rustic French bread loaf
6
oz Brie cheese
6
slices packaged precooked bacon (from 2.1-oz package)
1
large or 2 small ripe pears, finely chopped
1
pint (2 cups) fresh raspberries
Fresh mint sprigs, if desired

Steps

  • 1 Heat oven to 425°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.
  • 2 Remove dough from can. With sharp knife, cut dough into 12 slices. Place slices on cookie sheet; press each to about 1/2-inch thickness. Spread cheese on each dough round. Cut each bacon slice in half crosswise; place 1 piece on each round. Sprinkle with pears.
  • 3 Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Top with raspberries. Garnish with mint. Serve immediately.

Expert Tips

Serve these mini pizzas with chocolate mousse and glasses of champagne for an ideal cocktail party menu.

If you prefer the taste of uncooked Brie, bake the rounds first, then add the toppings.
