Pilsbury Pizza crust

pkg (1 lb) of Bacon

1/2 cups of cheese (I use mozzarella)

  • 1 Beat desired # of eggs and scramble (I add a few tbsp of milk to make fluffy). Spice with salt & pepper to taste. I have also added parmesan cheese for a different flare. *Leave just a little runny for additional baking.
  • 2 Bake bacon in oven on cookie sheet (makes for easier clean-up) or fry in a pan. *Cook until bacon is medium well (to allow for additional baking). Chop bacon into pieces.
  • 3 Spread Pillsbury pizza crust on baking stone or cookie sheet. Create a small lip around the edge.
  • 4 Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over crust, add scrambled eggs and top with bacon.
  • 5 *Add onions, mushrooms or any other topping of choice
