Made this this morning for breakfast with my parents. It was very good. I think next time I make it I will crumble the bacon into the scrambled egg mix. Very tasty though and I look forward to trying new variations of this recipe.

I used breakfast sausage crumbles instead of using bacon. I also tossed in some chopped baby bella mushrooms, shallots, and jalepeno. Keep the dough cold until ready to assemble or it will be sticky and unmanageable. I did make the mistake of using wax paper. It smoked up the house, but didn't spoil the flavor! This is not only delicious, but gorgeous to serve as well.

I made this for Brunch with a few other egg dishes . We didn't have any left overs of this dish. I did add extra cilantro, sun dried tomatotes,a little cumin. It was very good.

Can't wait to try this! I make a TACO RING that is similar. Use ground beef, taco seasoning and mexican cheese for the filling. When it's done, I put shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes in the center and top with sour cream when serving. My hubby and sons go crazy for this, I always have to make two! It's great hot or cold. Never any leftovers. This breakfast ring sounds so yummy, especially for the upcoming chilly, winter mornings. Pilsbury never disappoints!

I made this with only eggs and cheese for a quick supper for my kids who aren't fond of cooked vegetables. I served it with some baby carrots and apple slices. My son said, " Wow mom! You could go on Master Chef and win with this recipe!" I didn't think it was quite that good but he sure loved it. Took less time to cook, but maybe that is because I changed the recipe.

Made this Brunch Ring this morning for a church brunch. I doubled the recipe for 16 servings. Absolutely Wonderful. So easy to make and came out of the oven and looked just like the picture. Everyone tried a piece (or 2) and loved it. Thank you! Will make again and again and try using other ingredients too!
