I have made this several times to bring in to work and it is a big hit every time. I usually add 1 additional egg, and I throw it together the night before and bake in the morning. It works out great.

It's summer & hot. We frequently have chicken-cesar salad or arrange ingredients separately for each to make their own chef salad. This is perfect (original) as a change from the usual garlic bread Quick, easy & kids can make it themselves. Who said it's for breadfast?

I loved this recipe! I changed it a little bit by using turkey bacon, more cheese, and adding two eggs instead of one. My picky 3yr old loved it! Will be making again!

I have not made this yet but will make for Sunday School class at end of month. Wondering if I can put it all together the night before & then pop in oven & cook next morning. Wondering if biscuits will obsorb too much of the egg/milk mixture overnight and dry it out. I plan on using more eggs/milk then it calls for anyway. Has anyone tried putting it together the night before and cooking it in the morning?

Just made this dish for one (don't be sad - husband and son are on a low-carb diet). I used 2 green onions, 6 pieces of bacon pan-fried, 1 egg plus 1 egg yolk, 3 tablespoons of milk, salt and pepper plus 3/4 cup of fresh shredded sharp cheddar cheese. I used two of the biscuits and cut them into smaller portions. Baked for 30 minutes and this was a delicious dinner with left-overs for tomorrow morning. YUMMY!

I loved these! My only comment is that they were a little dry, my boyfriend agreed with one of the other comments and suggested that we make gravy next time, oh and MORE BACON (typical guy).

Made as directed and it was very good. Didn't look like there would be much flavor, but lots of the goodness seeps down to the bottom where you don't see it but still taste it. Next time I will add another egg and maybe a bit more bacon or cheese. I will be making again!

Great recipe. I melted a little butter and poured over the top. Everyone at our gathering enjoyed them.
