Made exactly according to recipe. It was perfect! However, to state this makes 8 servings is an exaggeration. There are 8 biscuits so each person would get only one biscuit. That does not seem right. It fed 4 of us for brunch. Next time I will add some dry mustard and my son suggested broccoli.

Made this for dinner once. My son has been begging for it again and he is a picky teenager. Next time I might sub sausage for the bacon, but I will have to ask him first. Told my co-workers about it, and needless to say I will have to make it for them at some point too. Easy and yummy. Good idea to play with.

Slam Dunk!! I have a Family of 9... and this was such a super easy and BIG HIT! I just doubled the recipe and replaced the bacon with chicken and added celery with 2 extra eggs added some pepper and salt and a little bit of garlic seasoning to taste.. I cooked it for an extra 15 min and it turned out perfect moist and fluffly! I had forgotten the milk but it was soo yummy that we didn't even notice the difference. They polished it all off... go figure! Thanks Pillsbury!!

5 STARS WITH MODIFICATIONS!!! This was a HUGE hit with my family (2 adults and 4 kids) but I made some modifications after reading all the reviews. Since we are a family of six it was a give the recipe would have to be doubled right off the bat. I used 5 large eggs, 10 Tbsp of milk, a pound of bacon, and cut the biscuits into eigths instead of quarters. With those modifications, this dish is nothing short of scrumptious! It is not dry, it is flavorful and a weekly request on Sunday mornings! Thanks to Pillsbury for the basic recipe and all the people who wrote reviews that took it from g

Yummmm. I made this combining several tips listed. My husband said it was a keeper. I added about 2T sweet red pepper, 1T red onion, used 3 eggs and 6T of milk. Baked 30 minutes. It was moist and yet the bacon was fairly crunchy. I'll definitely make this for family gatherings!

Wonderful!! Changed it up and added some chopped up hash brown patties, and extra egg, and bell peppers, and onions....my 18 month old adored it!

Took all the ingredients for this to a week's stay at a cottage in the summer. Made a yummy "eat with your hands" breakfast dish. Made it again as the savoury dish for a New Year's brunch - it was a huge hit! For those of us in Ontario, Canada where we can't get Grands biscuits, the country biscuits work just as well.

I used 3 eggs, 2 cans of biscuits and 1 cup of milk. Left out the green onions. I cooked all the bacon after I chopped it up. Then I poured the bacon with all the grease over the top and baked it. I also cut the biscits into eighths. I had also made this from the original recipe and found it to be way too dry. This time it turned out moist and oerfect. It was gone in minutes. I also baked it for 42 min.

Really bland. Maybe a little hot sauce and/or pepper jack cheese.
