Gone in seconds! I edited the recipe slightly based on other reviews: I rolled the Pillsbury seamless dough sheet out, and then I spread 3 tbsp of low fat ranch and 1 tbsp of cream cheese using a baking spatula. I added the cheddar, green onions and bacon. For the mentioned 3 I used healthy-sized measurements. Next I rolled the dough up, put it in saran wrap and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes. Finally I used thread to cut the pinwheels (placing under the log and pulling the ends in opposite directions). I would suggest buying 2 dough sheets bc leftover ingredients and they go fast!!

They look better than they taste. Maybe if you brushed garlic butter on them it would improve the taste. Very mediocre.....

I was only able to find pre cut cans of dough at the store i shopped at, and it was much harder trying to cut than I had imagined it would be. I'll be using the sheets the next time around. It took quite a long time to "sew" the pieces together too, so prep time took an extra 10-15 minutes at least.
You have to hold the piece you're cutting off with one hand and cut with the other so they don't come apart. I ended up just making a few balls thanks to my ineptness, lol. I would definitely chill before cutting to let the dough cool down.

I wish I would have read a little more of the reviews. It would help to put the roll in freezer to make it easier to cut. I had my husband help me with that so I could keep the wheels together better.

I made these and thought they were delicious and decided to make another type using pizza sauce, finely chopped pepperoni, shredded cheese. These were even better.

This recipe is Awesome! My family likes things a bit spicy so we added Spicy Ranch Dressing & Diced Jalapeno's instead of green onions. Made 6 batches for our Christmas Eve Party and they were devoured... Definitely agree with everyone that they are difficult to cut once prepared. I laid them on cling wrap, added my ingredients, rolled, wrapped cling wrap around and then popped them in the fridge. Cut them the next morning, worked great :)

We made these last night for New Years celebration and they were a HUGE hit with my family, they loved them. I used a triple cheddar cheese and a bacon ranch dressing and left out the green onions. I will certainly be making these again very soon, because these were fantastic!!!

WONDERFUL!! I actually like them better with mozzarella cheese. When they are done, I spray with butter...YUM!!!

Just made these for a park party. I got raves from everyone. I thought they were easy to make, followed the recipe exactly this time! Who knows next time! Positive to make these again and again. Will be a "go to" recipe in my house.

Great recipe. I do think that the effort is a bit much considering the result, but they are very tasty and a great crowd-pleaser! Next time I will use thread to cut them, the serrated knife was a joke.
