Not a review, but, a question....can these pinwheels be frozen after assembleing them or after they are cooked? I'm trying to cook in advance as I can't stay on my feet very long and it takes a couple days to make Thanksgiving dinner. Any help will be welcome. Thanks.

To avoid sticky dough problems, I work on a chilled cookie sheet lined with plastic wrap, then chill the rolls before slicing them. Made it very easy and mess-free

Was a big hit at our family gathering. Very yummy. Although my husband said to add more bacon next time, but he says that about every bacon recipe. But I think I'll try the idea of using cream cheese instead of ranch dressing next time. Great idea!

Made these for Thanksgiving with cream cheese as I'm the only ranch dressing fan in the house. Made 2 "rolls", 1 with cheddar cheese and 1 with pepper jack cheese. Everyone loved them. Making more this weekend and thinking they'd be really awesome with a dollop of sour cream on top!

We love these but find that they are terrible to cut at room temperature. If you put waxed paper under the dough, roll it up and put it in the freezer for at least a hour, you can cut the rounds with a greased BREAD KNIFE very nicely. Otherwise, it's nearly an impossible task! The baking time is about the same.

I made these at Thanksgiving and they were a hit! No leftovers! I didn't use the ranch dressing because I'm not a fan of that and instead spread some softened cream cheese on the dough. Got rave reviews from the crowd at my house! Will be making more at Christmas!
