Heat oven to 350°F. Bake biscuits as directed on can.
Meanwhile, mix egg whites and salt. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add egg whites. Cook, stirring frequently, until cooked through. Heat bacon as directed on package.
Split baked biscuits. On bottom half of each biscuit, place 1 slice cheese, cooked egg white and 1 slice bacon. Top with biscuit top. Serve immediately.
