Ingredients

can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers refrigerated original biscuits (8 biscuits)

container (16 oz) liquid egg whites
1/2
teaspoon salt
1
tablespoon butter
8
slices precooked bacon
8
slices sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Bake biscuits as directed on can.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, mix egg whites and salt. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add egg whites. Cook, stirring frequently, until cooked through. Heat bacon as directed on package.
  3. 3 Split baked biscuits. On bottom half of each biscuit, place 1 slice cheese, cooked egg white and 1 slice bacon. Top with biscuit top. Serve immediately.
