I made this for Thanksgiving. It went very fast! The only change I made was to add cheese.

This recipe is so much fun! I tried it with ham and swiss cheese in place of the bacon. Topped it with sliced green onions. Ate it with spicy brown mustard. Fabulous! Next I'm gonna try it with roast beef and cheddar topped with grilled sweet onions. These are great for lunch served with soup and salad. This one's a keeper.

This was very tasty! We added sliced mozzarella cheese along with the bacon and it came out wonderfully. Precooked bacon worked very well, but you can also use par-cooked bacon. I will defiantly make this again and tweak it some more. Maybe some nice garlic pepper cover the top or Italian spices.

These are delicious and so easy to make. I didn't have any precooked bacon so I used the uncooked variety but precooked that.

I made it with uncooked bacon. It was very pretty to look at and very tasty. For a brunch or breakfast, I think it would be better to make smaller circles so that each person can have their own pinwheel.
