Bacon-Bourbon Sliders

Ingredients

can Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Layers refrigerated original or buttermilk biscuits (8 biscuits)
Bourbon barbecue sauce (or your favorite) to taste
8 slices cooked “Bourbon Pot Roast”— see link for recipe in intro above
8
slices bacon, crispy cooked, drained on paper towel
  • 1 Bake biscuits as directed on can.
  • 2 Split baked biscuits. Spread bottom halves of biscuits with barbecue sauce. Top each with 1 slice of pot roast and 1 slice of bacon. Cover with top halves of biscuits. Serve immediately.
