Heat oven to 450°F. Spray cookie sheet with Crisco® Butter Flavor or Original No-Stick Cooking Spray. In 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, bring 10 cups water to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low.
Meanwhile, cut loaf of dough into 4 pieces to make rolls. Cut 2 diagonal 1/2-inch-deep slashes on top of each roll. Add dough pieces to water for 30 seconds. Using tongs or slotted spoon, turn pieces over; simmer an additional 30 seconds. Place rolls, seam sides down, on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 15 minutes.
In medium microwavable bowl, microwave cream cheese on High 45 to 60 seconds or until soft. Beat in preserves with wire whisk until well blended. Microwave bacon as directed on package. Cut each strip in half crosswise.
Cut each roll in half horizontally. Spread cut sides of bottoms with cream cheese mixture; top with bacon and roll tops.
