This was a big hit in my household. Everyone loved them. I used the flaky biscuits instead & they came out great.

I made this because it looked so good, however, I discovered that eggs in the oven dry out, harden and become crusty. They didn't come out too palatable. If there was a way to bake eggs and keep them protected from drying out, this would be great.

Made this when kids were home for Christmas. Easy to make and came out just like photo. Tasted great and easy to grab one and eat on the go, if need be. Will do again.

I made this for my wife one morning and let me say I was a king for the day. Ok serious, it was a hit and not hard to do for a guy. The only negative is depending on the muffin dish not all of the egg white fits.

Can I have scrambled eggs in there instead? If so, what's the best way to do that? These look delicious!!

I as well used regular muffin tins. Made some veggie (red and green pepper and a bit of frozen hash browns thawed) and some sausage. I always use a bit of cheese as I scramble my egg mixture. A bit of chopped fresh flat leaf parsley if I have on hand!

I make these on Saturday mornings in a regular sized pan (cutting the biscuit dough in half). In place of bacon I use veggie "sausage" or turkey bacon. I cook for twenty minutes to avoid the yolk fully hardening. It's delicious and quick and makes enough for my family to have a fast breakfast on Sunday too!

Didn't have the jumbo pan so cut the grands in half, used ham I had ready and followed it the rest of the way. Delish and a big hit at work.

Love how quick and easy this is. I used ham since we had it on hand -- super easy. Kids could even help. Be careful not to bake too long -- baked eggs look like they're still raw but their not!!! Oops.
