    Heat oven to 350°F. Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie plate as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie.

    In medium bowl, mix half-and-half, eggs, salt and pepper; set aside. Layer bacon, cheeses and onion in crust-lined plate. Pour egg mixture over top.

    Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes; cut into wedges.

  • One frozen Pillsbury™ Deep Dish Pie Crust may be substituted for the refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crust in this quiche recipe. To use, place baking sheet on oven rack and heat oven as directed. Prepare filling and follow directions on package for One-Crust Filled Pie.
  • Cut the bacon slices crosswise into 1/2-inch pieces, then cook them in a skillet until perfectly crisp. Set the bacon pieces on paper towels to soak up any grease before layering them in the pie plate.
  • Use a wire whisk to beat the half-and-half in with the eggs after seasoning them. This is the most efficient way to blend the two together, creating a custard mixture that melds well with the other ingredients.
