Ingredients

cup light mayonnaise or salad dressing

tablespoons bacon-flavored vegetable protein bits

slices white bread, toasted

lettuce leaves

avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced

large tomato, sliced

Directions

  1. 1 In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and vegetable protein bits; mix well.
  2. 2 Spread mixture evenly on 4 slices of the toasted bread. Layer lettuce, avocado and tomato over mayonnaise mixture. Top with remaining bread slices.
