in general, I liked this recipe. I used fresh asparagus and fresh mushrooms.. so I had to bake a little longer to let eggs set up.. but delicious and worth the wait. I also used homefries that had peppers and onions with them, and still added the green onions too.

Overall my family liked the dish however I'd recommend using fresh asparagus and steaming them for 8 minutes prior to adding. The frozen asparagus was too limp.

This is very good. I used fresh asparagus, and probably more than the recipe called for. Definitely a new family favorite.

Tried this today and it was wonderful! I added the diced ham and the potatoes to the pan with the onions, however, just to get them a little browned. Also, had some fresh asparagus so I just steamed it a little and used that instead of frozen. My husband had three portions!
