This is one of my favorite breakfasts now! Since I have a family who dislike asparagus, I used spinach instead. Very delicious - we have it at least once every two months now.

This was not good. The potatoes are really dry.

Replaced the asparagus with pre-cooked broccoli which my family prefers over the asparagus. Very good with home made bread for a light dinner.

This sounds great, will be heavenly for Easter brunch, and looking at the ingredients, it could very well be made gluten free. Awesome. Thanks

This recipe.., "Delish". Throw it together in a snap. Added small amount of grated-lucatelli parm. cheese for a slight zip. Also prepared with fresh aspara. & quick seared the ham; IT WENT LIKE ICE-CREAM CAKE. **Once in oven/toaster oven, ..keep the top from becoming well done / drying up etc.../// When very near done... lightly brushed the top with butter & finished off with 1/4 cup more cheddar. This is an EZ FUN recipe to tinker with too. A new family fave`! Thank You - Pillsbury.

I made this for my sunday school class. It was wonderful! I pre-cooked the asparagus for about 2 minutes in the microwave then drained them. I think it's one of the best brunch casseroles I've made in awhile!
