Disappointed in this as the picture looks so delicious and all the ingredients are things we love. I had pinned it to my board. Made it just as instructed. It didn't have much flavor and had a very grainy texture. The recipe is huge, and since we don't like to waste food, we are eating it covered with salsa and sour cream. I will not be making it again or any other recipe that looks similar. A lesson learned.

This is amazingly simple and delicious. I did switch out roasted turkey for the ham, as I have some finicky eaters who won't eat ham, and it was wonderful. Saving this one for our holiday brunches.

This dish was so good we didn't even have leftovers! My plan is to make this dish as often as possible!

I have found that with almost any egg bake it takes over an hour to bake so plan ahead if you need to serve by a certain time. Definitely needs time to sit as well once removed. No problem with reheating for left overs its fantastic

This recipe took 2nd place in an egg bake off for our homeowners association. Fantastic Flavor and a hit among all ages. I added mushrooms.
