It's so nice to finally have such a great creative appetizer recipe! I made these when they were on the Pillsbury site this summer and they are absolutely delicious! The photo says it all!

I started making these after I discovered them this summer and they are a HUGE hit with my family and friends. They were part of the summer challenge that let America choose some of the finalists for the Bake-Off and this creation has become one of my favorite "go to" recipes. I made it several times over the holidays and the Piadinis were always the first to go!
