Salad

2: cups Green Giant Select® Frozen Sugar Snap Peas

1/2: lb. smoked turkey (from deli), cut into thin bite-sized strips

4: cups shredded Chinese (napa) cabbage

1/2: cup shredded carrot

1/2: small red onion, halved, thinly sliced (about 3/4 cup)

1: (3-oz.) pkg. oriental-flavor ramen noodle soup mix

Dressing

: Seasoning packet from ramen noodle soup mix

1/4: cup sugar

1/4: cup rice vinegar

2: tablespoons oil

Directions

1 Cook sugar snap peas in microwave as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool.
2 Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine turkey, cabbage, carrot and onion; mix well. Reserve seasoning packet from soup mix for dressing. Break noodles from soup mix into pieces; add to salad.
3 In small bowl, combine contents of seasoning packet with all remaining dressing ingredients; blend well.
4 Add sugar snap peas and dressing to salad; toss gently to coat.
